TOP MOD identifies and presents potential property investment opportunities to approved investors based on their stated investment preferences and criteria.

Our service may include sourcing opportunities, carrying out initial assessments, negotiating with relevant parties, viewing properties where appropriate, preparing opportunity information and introducing investors to sellers, agents or other relevant parties.

Specific property opportunities are provided subject to separate agreements between TOP MOD and the investor.

3. Investor Eligibility

TOP MOD works with active property investors and reserves the right to review applications before granting access to investment opportunities.

Submitting an investor access request does not guarantee acceptance into our investor network.

4. Investment Decisions and Due Diligence

All property investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the investor.

Where there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed investor agreement, the signed investor agreement will take precedence.

TOP MOD is registered with the Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS) to provide additional confidence and support for investors.
